Our IBCs can be purchased as reconditioned or rebottled. Standard sizes include 275 and 330 gallons, with both UN-regulated and non-UN-regulated options available. We can create custom orders that include but are not limited to new valves, gaskets, top caps, etc.
Features and Benefits
Intermediate bulk containers are constructed with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) inner bottle encased in a steel cage, providing superior protection during transit and handling. Also known as IBC containers or IBC tanks, these units come equipped with one or two label plates for displaying UN rating, part number, and lot code information. Label plates are available in various sizes, including small, medium, large, and extra-large, to suit your specific needs. Depending on your preference, IBCs can be mounted on wood, metal, or plastic pallets.
Fill and Discharge Options
Fill Openings
- Available in 6-inch and 9-inch sizes.
- Standard-fill caps are black, with custom sizes available for larger orders.
- Options include solid, vented, and AG ready.
Discharge Valves
- Located at the bottom center of the tote for easy product evacuation.
- Made from a single-piece polyethylene body with a handle, gasket, and internal mechanism.
- Types include butterfly, ball, and cylinder valves.
- Butterfly Valves: Feature an internal flat disc that rotates to control flow.
- Ball & Cylinder Valves: Offer twice the sealing power when closed and unrestricted flow when open.
- Available with metric or NPT 2-inch ends and 2-inch or 1.5-inch quick disconnect fittings.
- A variety of adaptors are available to meet specific application requirements.

REMCON IBC
For even more demanding applications, consider the REMCON IBC. This UN-rated, intermediate bulk HDPE FDA-approved container is designed for durability and longevity. It features a Banjo 4-bolt, stubby 2-inch PTF drain valve with a male camlock, ensuring safe and worry-free chemical handling.
